Meditating

Sit comfortably, on a chair, a pillow or even on the ground. If you are seated on the ground or a pillow, cross your legs and close your eyes. Try to feel your body relaxing and breathe deeply. When you feel ready, breathe in through your nose and repeat a calming word in your head (peace, love, om, life, alive…). Then breathe out through your mouth and repeat for a minimum of 15 times. Not only it will give a break to your nervous system, but you will feel refreshed and ready to face any obstacles.
