For just one day, try to give up candy, ice cream, processed food, sugary drinks, etc. Instead, go to a farmer’s market or to your favorite health store and buy a bunch of low-sugar fruits (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, papaya) or try new fruits such as Casaba melon. If you really feel the need to add sugar, try Stevia, a natural sweetener with 0 calories and 0 carbs!
