Scarlett anxiety with a capital A. Give it up NOW and replace it with planning, preparation, action and hitting it out of the ballpark.

Anxiety is a displeasing feeling of fear and concern. Yet it should not be confused with fear. It is more a feeling of dread about something that appears intimidating and can overwhelm one. It is a normal reaction to stress and may actually help with a demanding situation by prompting one to address it and to be proactive.

So remember, nothing banishes the angst and dread accompanying anxiety better than a  success – or better yet a string of successes. Step up to the plate, dig in your feet, and take a swing at the fast ball.  Regardless of the outcome you will be living fully in the present and not in the land of “what if.”
